Listing a product does not guarantee that it is in stock. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and offer a replacement, a wait, or a full refund — your choice.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before you place an order. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you confirm payment. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
Obvious errors
If a price or product detail is obviously wrong, we are not required to supply the item at that price. We will tell you and give you the choice of confirming at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
